- Screening applications, conducting initial interviews, and selecting candidates
- Providing support for administrative tasks

- Completed commercial education or a degree, e.g.: Business informatics, Human ressources or a related field
- You gained at least two years of HR experience as an HR Generalist or Manager
- You have an open and communicative personality
- Self-reliant, organized, and customer-oriented work style
- You are experienced in working with HR software, like Softgarden
